Private Collection of Jennie Arbogash, Longmont, CO This is another example of mixing the kinds of fabrics you use. The background on this piece is hand-dyed flannel. The tree trunk is hand-dyed cotton velveteen. The leaves have some silk that I crumpled as well as hand-dyed cheese-cloth.
