Class registration information
Mail registrations to Pizzazz Studios: 1237 S. 50th Street, West Milwaukee, WI 53214. Pizzazz Studios accepts Visa & MasterCard. Your supply list will be emailed or sent to you. Please register early, as classes will be canceled if attendance is low and each class has an attendance limit.

Cancellations
Class registration refunds will be given seven days before the first class date. If you cancel on or after seven days, no refund will be issued but in cases of illness or emergency a gift certificate may be issued at the discretion of Pizzazz Studios. No refunds will provided for those who fail to attend. A full refund will be issued if class is cancelled by Pizzazz Studios.

Liability Clause
In taking a class from Pizzazz Studios, you absolve and hold harmless, Pizzazz Studios, and its employees from any liability or injuries and damages that may result from your participation in a Pizzazz Studios program. You provide your consent for taking the class through payment and registration for that class/workshop or lecture. This consent and waiver applies to your heirs, executors or assignees.
