I was asked to make this piece for the Milwaukee Art Museum to give to one of the Gee's Bend Quilters when they visit Milwaukee. Back of piece has a label that reads: "Thank you for your contribution to helping quilts be taken more seriously by the art world."

Quilt created with hand-dyed fabrics made by the artist in cotton, flannel, & silk. Commercial fabrics & threads embellish the machine quilting and embroidery.
