Shipping
Your order will be shipped in 1-3 weeks. Most orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks via U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Larger orders may ship in separate lighter weight shipments to keep costs as low as possible. Large shipments of dye may have an extra shipping fee added.

Returns
Un-used defective products may be returned for replacement within 30 days of shipment. Refunds of any item created by Denise Cawley and/or Pizzazz Studios must be discussed prior to any replacement or refund being issued.

Machine quilting services do not apply to this return statement and follow the guidelines on the contract. Class purchases also have a separate refund policy.
